Your data privacy rights at WriteGeniuses
WriteGeniuses is designed to keep article work tied to your account and to make data requests understandable. This page summarizes common controls and request paths.

Correct
Update site defaults, edit generated Markdown, and request help correcting account data.
Access or export
Request a copy of workspace data associated with your account.
Delete
Delete articles in-product or request broader account data deletion support.
Access your data
- You can view your articles, generated Markdown, settings, and generation status inside the authenticated dashboard.
- You can request a broader account data export by contacting support from the email associated with your account.
- To protect your account, we may need to verify ownership before fulfilling a data access request.
Correct your data
- Site settings, default language, tone, voice, evidence policy, visual policy, and feature hints can be updated from Settings.
- Generated article Markdown can be edited after an article reaches a completed or published state.
- If account profile data comes from Google sign-in, some fields may need to be corrected in the Google account itself.
Delete your data
- Articles can be deleted from article list or detail workflows where deletion controls are available.
- Deletion requests for broader account or workspace data can be sent to support.
- Some operational records may be retained for a limited period when needed for security, billing, abuse prevention, backups, or legal obligations.
Restrict or object
- You can stop submitting new briefs, disable optional image recommendations per article, or remove optional site hints from settings.
- You can object to certain uses of your data or ask us to restrict processing by contacting support.
- Some processing is required to provide the core service, including authentication, article storage, generation execution, and workspace authorization.
Portability
- Generated Markdown can be copied directly from article detail pages for use in your editor or CMS.
- Structured exports may be handled through support until dedicated export tools are added.
- Include your account email and requested scope when asking for a portable copy.
Submit a request
- Send requests to contact@writegeniuses.com.
- Use a clear subject such as Data Access Request, Correction Request, Deletion Request, or Export Request.
- Include the email used to sign in and enough context for us to identify the relevant workspace or article records.
