AI writing help for articles, X threads, and content workflows

Use these guides to prepare better briefs, understand generation statuses, and recover from common workflow issues.

Create better briefs

Start with a clear topic, primary keyword, intent, target language, and site context.

Resolve workflow issues

Use statuses and failure reasons to decide whether to retry the whole article or one unit.

Getting started

  • Open Create Article, enter your domain and topic, then confirm the primary keyword, search intent, content type, target language, and suggested word count.
  • Use Settings to save default domain, industry, language, tone, voice, evidence policy, visual policy, and feature hints for future articles.
  • Use Article Templates when you want to prefill common SEO brief patterns such as guides, comparisons, or how-to articles.

Understanding statuses

  • Queued or planned means the article record exists and the plan generation stage has been submitted.
  • In progress or drafting means article units are being generated or saved.
  • Completed means the Markdown draft is ready for editing, copying, unit regeneration, and translation.
  • Failed means one or more required stages did not pass validation or provider execution. Open the article detail page to read the saved failure reason.

Editing and retrying

  • Use the article detail page to edit the full Markdown draft after generation completes.
  • Use unit regeneration when one paragraph or FAQ answer needs another pass without restarting the whole article.
  • If the entire plan or many units failed, retry the article generation from the failed article menu or detail page.

Privacy and account help

  • Sign-in, workspace ownership, article access, and settings are tied to your authenticated account.
