WriteGeniuses terms of service for AI content generation

Acceptance and eligibility

• By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using WriteGeniuses, you agree to these terms and the Privacy & Data Collection notice.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in account and for activity performed through it.

Service and generated content

• WriteGeniuses provides AI-assisted planning, generation, editing, retry, and export tools for blog articles and X threads.
• AI generation is powered by Google Gemini models accessed through the Gemini API. Specific model versions may change to maintain quality, availability, cost, safety, or provider compatibility.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to existing material, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You must review facts, citations, rights, and compliance requirements before use.
• The service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and generated drafts should not be treated as such.
• Features and model availability may change to maintain reliability, safety, or provider compatibility.

Credits and payment

• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Prices, currency, included credits, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
• Payments are processed by Creem. WriteGeniuses does not store complete payment card details.
• Credits are digital service units, have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be used within the account that purchased or received them.
• The credit cost of each generation or manual retry is displayed in the product and may change for future requests. A change does not reduce credits already held in your balance.
• A generation request may consume credits when submitted. Provider delays or retries handled automatically by the service do not create a separate manual-retry charge unless the interface clearly states one.

Refunds

Credit packs are digital goods delivered to your account after confirmed payment.

• If credits were not delivered, a purchase was duplicated, or a technical issue made the purchased service unusable, contact support within 14 days of the transaction.
• Include the account email and transaction or checkout identifier. Do not send complete card details.
• Consumed credits are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a service error.
• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may require the corresponding unused credits to be removed.

Your content and permitted use

• You retain rights you already hold in the prompts, source material, edits, and other content you submit.
• You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the requested service through our infrastructure and service providers.
• You may not use the service to violate law, intellectual property, privacy, platform rules, or the rights of another person; distribute malware; bypass service limits; or interfere with the service.
• You are responsible for obtaining permission to submit third-party content and for determining whether generated output may be published or reused.

Availability and liability

• The service is provided on an as-available basis. Generation times and results depend on third-party AI, search, authentication, hosting, backend, and payment providers.
• We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the service.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, WriteGeniuses is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from generated content, publication decisions, or third-party service interruptions.
